
INGREDIENTS
250g frozen hake fillets
5 scoops of collagen
1 egg
30g of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of evo oil
salt
Pepe Garofanato
frozen chopped parsley
PROCEDURE
Air fryer hake recipe.
Shred the pulp when it is almost cold.
Add all the ingredients and mix very well. Form the meatballs.
Cook in an air fryer for 15 minutes, flipping them once halfway through.
