Store powdered products in a cool, dry place, ideally away from direct light. Moisture and light are the main enemies of proper food preservation. To prevent clumping or pantry pests, glass containers are the best option.
Raw materials
Psyllium fiber: India
Unless specifically stated, the raw material is produced in the same nation of origin
Packaging: Italy
One scoop contains about 7.5 grams

Replaces gluten
In contact with water, psyllium swells and takes on a gelatinous consistency. It is used in gluten-free preparations because it provides structure and elasticity, mimicking the work generally done by gluten.

I use it a lot as a binder for gluten-free flours and recipes, it works great
Indispensable for my ketogenic crackers and bread recipes .

Excellent product
I bought psyllium fiber to use against constipation and it works great. The taste is not great but just add orange juice or coconut.
Product not easy to find, thank you Elena for making it!
Aside from making home made Keto piade (because the mix had sold out! Darn!hahah) today I used it to make bread with flax and coconut flour ..too bad I can't share pictures with you, they came out fluffy and beautiful!!!
Super satisfied!
